Two years ago, this beautiful family hired me to start nannying for their newborn baby boy, Benjamin. And that was the start of something special. That sweet little boy got me through the toughest times of my life. He was my light in the darkest of times, and my little teddy bear to snuggle. Although it was my job to take care of him, it was really him who was taking care of me.
As life went on, it was time to for both Benjamin and I to explore more of the world. He went to daycare, and I went on a road trip across the country. Even if I don’t get to see little man as often as I would adore, him and his family are so near and dear to my heart. I was honored when they allowed me to come photograph their growing, precious family. For them, I am forever grateful.
