Rooted in anatomical knowledge and guided by mindful breathing, each session is designed to support optimal body mechanics, enhance joint mobility, improve posture, and deepen your connection to your physical form. Through gentle, assisted stretches and guided movement techniques, you'll experience greater freedom in your body, improved balance, and reduced risk of injury. Whether you're looking to recover, realign, or elevate your performance, this session meets you where you are and supports your evolution. Initial Mobility & Body Awareness Consultation
This foundational session is required before beginning ongoing work together.
This one-on-one consultation is designed to set the stage for long-term results and transformation. It blends the principles of yoga, functional movement, and intuitive, hands-on assisted stretching to help you reconnect with your body, increase mobility, and move with greater ease and purpose.
Initial Consultation 90 minutes | $85
During our time together, we’ll begin with a thorough intake and discussion of your physical history, current challenges, and movement goals. From there, I’ll guide you through a comprehensive full-body mobility and functional movement assessment to observe how your body moves, where you may be overcompensating, and where imbalances or limitations may be affecting your posture, gait, or physical function.
We’ll also:
Discuss expectations and the hands-on approach used during sessions so you feel safe, informed, and comfortable.
Identify any areas of pain, injury, tightness, or instability that may require focused attention.
Explore your breathing patterns and nervous system tone, both essential elements of long-term physical well-being.
Based on this assessment, I’ll create a new, customized movement and recovery plan each time we meet, tailored to your unique body mechanics. This may include:
Assisted stretching to lengthen tight muscles and support joint health
Functional strength movements that build support and stability where you need it most
Mobility and joint-specific routines to restore range of motion and fluidity
Core and postural awareness training to realign your center
Breathwork and nervous system regulation techniques
At-home stretches and exercises to empower you to maintain progress between sessions
We’ll also determine the ideal session frequency (once or twice a week) to meet your goals sustainably. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach—your plan will evolve with you as your body adapts and progresses.
I bring all necessary tools, including a professional-grade portable massage table, yoga props, mobility gear, and other supportive equipment. All you need is a space large enough to set up the table and have some room to move on the floor. If you have gym equipment or personal tools you'd like to integrate into the program, we can absolutely incorporate those as well.
