1-on-1 (or couples in-home) Hands On, Assisted Yoga (Grand Rapids area)
This class option is best for those who want to begin or strengthen their practice by receiving the tools of yoga uniquely tailored to their specific needs. From the comfort of your home we will create a custom plan to work on whatever goal you are looking to achieve (calm anxiety, relieve soreness, increase respiratory function, learn inversions, etc.) by way of stretching, breath work, meditation, body work, mantras, and clear communication. Props are provided, mats are not.
2 people times below are able to be split in 30, 60, or 90 minute increments to make individual, assisted stretches.

Private Group Classes (Grand Rapids area)
This class option is best for those who have a large space available to them and want to host a one time event like a bachelorette party, community wellness activity, corporate event, or an ongoing event with your friends (like bi-weekly book club, but yoga!) Mats and props are NOT provided, however, the class will be taught in a way that is accessible to everyone without props.
