For accessibility to Yoga, all classes are PAY WHAT YOU CAN

I believe money should never be a hinderance to the accessibility of yoga. Any amount you are able to give is enough.

A donation of $15 is suggested to help cover the fees associated with providing these classes

 
 

For those who feel financially able, class packs are available:

5 Packs $69 (expire 2 months from purchase date) + receive $10 off 30 min 1-on-1 stretch

10 Packs $129 (expire 3 months from purchase date) + receive a free 30 min 1-on-1 stretch

Monthly Unlimited $100 (no recurring commitment required) apply to any class except 30 min stretch


** Please bring a yoga mat for yourself and any other props such as a blanket/bolster for further comfort. Blocks and straps will be available for use! **

Connect with your breath to release habitual tension that no longer serves you.

Step onto your mat, gear up for the week ahead. This restorative class will help release the things that are bringing you down to create a sacred space to let go of these old patterns. When we find ease physically, we can become more peaceful and present in our lives.

30-Minute Guided Meditation

Meditate to liberate.

Find stillness within your body and clear your mind with a variety of meditation techniques focusing on breath, visualization, inspiration, heart, body, mantra, and zen. Each class is 30 minutes, making it the perfect amount of time to drop in with yourself to deepen consciousness.

Offered most Sundays from 5:40-6:10 PM at The DAAC ($ pay what you can)

 

Move through Awareness

Build heat and begin to find more strength as you move through a carefully crafted + continuous flow!

Explore your playful side with fun vinyasa sequences that strengthen and open your body through faster-paced, total-body flows. A Vinyasa practice will also provide the mental benefits of a breath-based approach.

Offered most Thursdays from 7:00-8:15 PM at The DAAC ($ pay what you can)

 

Align Your Body

Did you know there is no definitive alignment in yoga? Each pose fits every body differently *gasp*!

Take these 60 minutes to try on various poses in your unique vessel. We will move through intentional positions while asking questions to understand how we find more strength + freedom and less discomfort or injury.
