Spring Awakening Yoga Retreat

As the earth awakens from its winter slumber and bursts into bloom, I invite you to step into the vibrant energy of spring—a season of renewal, growth, and possibility. From May 7-12, during the peak of wildflower season, we will immerse ourselves in nature’s unfolding beauty, allowing it to guide us through our own process of awakening.

This experience is designed to strike the perfect balance of effort and ease, guiding you to release what no longer serves you, rejuvenate your spirit, and return home feeling lighter, more aligned, and deeply restored. To release tension, we must first recognize it, sit with it, breathe through it, and allow it to move through us. Through intentional movement, meditation, time in nature, and within a sacred container of community, we will create space to soften, let go, and embrace the fresh start that spring so generously offers.

You will be held in a space of profound kindness, love, and support as you move through this journey.

Each day, we will move through a journey of renewal, gently guiding you to create space within your body and mind. Through daily yoga and meditation, you will find both the effort and ease of grounding, aligning, and deepening your practice. This is not about pushing yourself or striving for perfection. It’s about acknowledging the tension you carry, sitting with it, breathing through it, and then gently releasing it. The true ease of this comes from accepting the tension without judgment and trusting in transformation that unfolds when we release our grasp with patience and compassion.

Each day, we will explore this balance in different ways. Through yoga and breathwork, we will engage in the effort of grounding and aligning, while also embracing the ease of surrender and deep rest. Guided hikes through the lush forests of Hocking Hills will challenge our bodies while rewarding us with breathtaking waterfalls, peaceful caves, and vibrant wildflowers lining our path—reminders that effort and beauty exist in harmony.

You will also have time to deeply nourish yourself in other ways. A private chef will prepare wholesome, seasonal meals that celebrate the fresh flavors of spring, giving your body the fuel it needs to thrive. Evenings will be spent in gentle connection—gathering around the fire, sharing stories, or simply resting under a canopy of stars. You’ll be supported through this process of renewal with hands-on assists, philosophical discussions, reflective journaling, silence, and other deep wellness/restoration practices.

This retreat is an opportunity to meet yourself exactly where you are—to embrace the effort it takes to discover more about yourself, and the ease of letting go of old patterns and stress. With my support, you will reset your nervous system, clear mental clutter, and reconnect with your authentic self. By the end, you will leave feeling more centered, aligned, and at peace, knowing that you’ve been held in deep care every step of the way.

I know this retreat falls over Mother’s Day weekend, and I recognize how meaningful that may be. Taking space for yourself is not an act of selfishness—it is an act of renewal that allows you to show up more fully in all aspects of life. I’m a spiritual guide who merges the teachings of yoga and my career as a portrait photographer to ignite and capture the raw essence of cultivated unity. My mission is to inspire through reflective imagery and the harmony of breath and body, acting as a torch of integrity and a beacon of light. With a wandering soul, I seek to flow in harmony with my spirit, striving to know myself more fully each day.

As a practitioner of radical kindness, I aim to empower others to live from their heart space, with love at the forefront of my intentions. My journey has been deeply shaped by chronic health conditions, which have thrust me into even deeper realms of compassion, empathy, and love. These gifts of life navigated, have led me to pursue a trauma certification, guiding me to approach my teachings through a new and refined lens that prioritizes people first. I am constantly in awe of the wonders this universe has to offer, and strive to welcome it all (glorious + tumultuous) as an extension of my imprint on this world.
