Greetings friend,

Kaitlyn + Megan are honored to hold this 30-day beginners series to help you navigate the foundations of yoga. In this 4-week program, they will break down the fundamentals of postures commonly taught in a typical vinyasa style class as you begin to consciously link breath to each of your movements. This light-hearted series aims to jumpstart or refresh your knowledge of yoga and equip you with the building blocks to create a solid foundation for your practice. Everyone is invited, whether you’ve never taken a class, or you’ve been living and breathing yoga for years!

How does it work?

Each week, you will receive an email with the links to the daily videos along with a set intention + some inspiration for the week’s journey. A facebook group will also be created for you to ask questions, stay accountable, and strike up new conversations with others on a similar path.
